Making every Chinese lesson count, together.

We are looking for people who care about teaching and enjoy working together. Bring your expertise and curiosity to work that connects languages and cultures.

Help make every Chinese lesson count.

Good learning takes a thoughtful team

Niukool began with two part-time online Chinese teachers. Today, teaching, content and coordination all contribute to the learning experience.

Learner-centred

We start from what students really need to say, then decide what to teach and how to practise.

Expertise made visible

We discuss work through real materials, lessons and feedback, so every improvement has a basis.

Open and respectful

We value different languages, cultures and backgrounds, and build trust through clear communication.

How we work

Clear expectations, useful feedback and room for professional judgment.

Time for what matters

Clear tasks, deadlines and communication up front, so preparation, creation and teamwork each have room.

Share methods, grow together

Swap examples, classroom insights and materials, turning individual experience into shared methods.

Feedback drives the next step

Be specific about problems, try one small improvement, then test whether it works in practice.

Connecting cultures

Work with students and partners from many backgrounds, using language as a way to understand each other.
