Chinese your team can use at work.

From life in China and teamwork to client communication, we design practical Chinese training around your team's roles, levels and schedules, linking learning to everyday tasks.

Chinese for the work your team does.

Different roles. Different language tasks.

Start with who needs Chinese and where they need to use it.

International staff in China

Settle into the office and local life, building a base for daily conversation, work arrangements and teamwork with Chinese colleagues.

Teams serving the Chinese market

Present products, understand client needs, follow up on projects and respond accurately across cultures.

HR and training managers

Set learning goals for staff at different levels, with participants, working hours and progress in one plan.

Bring work into the classroom.

Practise recurring tasks with language, examples and real responses.

Colleagues from different cultural backgrounds discussing a work task.

Meetings and teamwork

Report progress, explain issues, share opinions and agree next steps. Learn to catch key points and organise your own message clearly.

Client and product communication

From first contact to understanding needs: present products and services, answer questions and confirm mutual understanding.

Emails and project follow-up

Practise clear writing and the right tone for scheduling, confirming details and communicating changes.

Office life and culture

From colleague chat and work schedules to life in China: learn common expressions, forms of address and communication habits.

Built around the work your team does.

Go beyond business vocabulary. Build language, practice and feedback around a task your team needs to handle.

Start with real tasks

First define what to present, explain or confirm, then choose the right words, patterns and materials.

One scenario, different levels

Within a shared task, each member works at their own level, so beginners and advanced learners both progress.

From model to independent speaking

Modelling, role-play and instant feedback, with fewer prompts each step, until learners handle new questions on their own.

From joining the team to working more independently

Combine learning goals around your team’s roles. Grouping, shared tasks and delivery are discussed together.

What if team members have different levels?

Tell us about each participant's background and needs, and we will suggest groups and focus areas. Different roles can have different tasks.

Can training use our products or work materials?

Yes. Describe what you want to practise and we will discuss materials and support. An outline is enough at first; please do not send client data, trade secrets or unauthorised files.

How does this differ from individual Business Chinese?

Individual courses focus on personal level and goals. Corporate training also covers shared needs, groups, scheduling and follow-up, tailored to participants.

How are times, venue and fees arranged?

Share your location or time zone, team size, preferred times and duration, and we will discuss format, schedule and pricing.
