A teacher and child interacting in an online lesson

Multilingual families

We start from the languages your family uses and where your child hears Chinese, choosing examples and ways of communicating they understand.

Real interaction

Teachers ask, wait, model and correct so children have plenty of chances to respond in every lesson.

Continuity

Feedback shapes tasks, difficulty and review, so each lesson builds on the last.

Flexible matching

If it is not a good fit, we discuss why, find a better teacher or time, and hand over progress and next steps.

FAQ

How often and how long are lessons?

We offer two options by age: ages 3–5, 25 minutes 2–3 times a week; ages 6+, 50 minutes 1–2 times a week. A regular schedule helps children build habits and keep learning. Your adviser can adjust it to your family.

Are lessons live or recorded? Can we watch replays?

Kids lessons are live, interactive 1-on-1 sessions. Lessons are not recorded and replays are not currently available.

What if my child does not like the teacher?

Before switching, we review your child's needs and brief the new teacher. Changes depend on availability and applicable rules.

Do parents need to sit in or help?

Some support helps young children build habits; as they progress, they can learn independently. We provide feedback and review guidance, so parents need not prepare anything. The teacher will give specific advice after the trial.
