What ages are study trips suitable for?
Students aged 8–16, from primary to high school. Itineraries, activity levels and lesson difficulty are adapted by age. Groups from international and overseas schools are welcome.
Do students need to know Chinese?
No. Beginners are welcome and lessons are designed by level, so every student joins Chinese lessons and cultural activities that suit them.
Can trips be tailored to our curriculum?
Yes. We design each trip around your curriculum goals, student ages and needs rather than fixed packages. Lessons and activities can link to your existing teaching plan or stand alone.
Which cities can we visit?
Options include Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Xi'an, as single-city or multi-city itineraries.
What group sizes can you host?
Usually 10–50 students per group, with a minimum of 10. Larger groups can be split to maintain teaching quality and supervision.
How do you keep students safe?
We carry out a pre-trip risk assessment, and our local team manages safety on the ground, including accommodation and transport checks, supervision of lessons and activities, and updates to schools and parents. Roles and scope are set out in the programme plan.
Can you help us communicate with parents?
Yes. We provide ready-to-send programme information and itineraries, and help prepare pre-trip briefings. During the trip, parents receive daily photos and activity updates.
What does a proposal include?
Each proposal includes a tailored itinerary, Mandarin and culture lesson plans, activity schedule, accommodation and transport, safety plan, price breakdown and an overview of on-trip support.
How are trips priced?
Pricing depends on length, destinations, accommodation, lessons and group size. We provide a detailed, transparent quote so you see every cost before confirming. Contact us for an initial budget range.
How far ahead should we plan?
At least 3–6 months ahead, to allow for lesson planning, itinerary design, school approval and visas. For a first trip to China, start even earlier.
