What is a part-time group?

Designed for adults who want to keep learning Chinese alongside work, study and daily life. Learn with peers at a shared pace in two fixed weekly classes, absorbing new material in between and bringing real questions back to class.

The course combines everyday communication, all four skills and cultural understanding, with explanations, pair work and scenario practice. If you know vocabulary but struggle to speak, ask us about a group at your level.

Who it suits
Adults living, working or studying in Hangzhou or Shanghai who want regular, long-term practice.
How a lesson works
Review the last lesson, then explore a new topic, connecting knowledge through listening, reading, Q&A and pair work.
How it is organised
Usually 4, up to 6 students; twice a week, 2 × 50-minute lessons. Daytime or evening groups are matched by level and availability.

Guided by a teacher, supported by peers.

From understanding new material to expressing your own ideas, the classroom becomes a place for continuous practice.
